Jeremy Doetch – The FarmingBanker is part of his family’s farm located in Blaine, IL. Jeremy manages the hog finishing business, is a partner in the row crop operation, and a member of D6 - the land holding company as well. He's recently started a Power washing business from scratch with his wife and two sons. This involvement allows him to “talk the talk” and understand what farmers and business owners are facing today because he’s a farmer and business owner too. Jeremy has been in finance for 20 years where he started in the investment world helping manage 401k rollovers, IRAs, and 529 plans. He transitioned into banking shortly after that and hit the ground running. Jeremy has worked with many different types of business over his career but specializes in Agriculture. More specifically, row crops; hog finishing and sow farms; Ag retailers; seed companies; feed companies; and grain elevators and storage. You can hear Jeremy’s take on the ag industry on his podcast, “The FarmingBanker Podcast”, and can be found on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and PodBean.
Jeremy has been a guest contributor for the Allendale Market Talk podcast, the Adams on Agriculture radio show, The Ag View Pitch, and has been a presenter at the German American State Bank annual Agriculture seminar. Jeremy has been married to his wife, Beth, for 20 years and they have two boys who plan return to the farm after college and continue the family legacy.
